2 bedroom apartments will most likely have a total of 5 residents.

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are fully furnished, so no need to buy or move furniture. Just move in and start enjoying life at the Villas.

Living room
Includes sofa, chair, coffee table, side table, media table, and big screen TV.

Dining Room
A dining room set for four is included.

Kitchen
Includes refrigerator, gas stove and microwave oven.

Bedrooms
Includes a twin extra-long mattress and bed frame plus two small dressers OR one large dresser for each person. Each bedroom comes with 2 desks and 2 desk chairs (for both double and triple bedroom occupancy).

Utilities
There is a flat monthly fee for utilities which includes high-speed wired and wireless internet, water, electricity, gas, and trash.
